Your process runs, but its behaviour lives in people’s heads and in spreadsheets. Scale-up, tech transfer and troubleshooting all depend on a model nobody has written down.
Approach
We build a hybrid process model for your specific bioprocess (a mechanistic backbone plus machine learning for what is hard to describe), calibrate it on your historical runs, and set up golden-envelope monitoring and forecasting of your critical parameters.
